Adopt a Fire Victim this Chanukah

  • Dear Friends,

As the flames of the Almeda fire swept through Talent, Oregon, George was lucky to escape from his home just in time. Unfortunately, his home and all his belongings, together with his Chanukah Menorah, went up in flames.
As Chanukah approaches, George does not have a menorah or a dreidel to celebrate.

Rachel, a young mother with 2 children and expecting her third child. They have no family to care for them and after losing everything to the fires, they are craving for a place they can call home. With all the trauma and trying to give her children a sense of normalcy, how will she have the energy to give her children the joy of Chanukah?

This Chanukah, you can help fire victims like George and Rachel receive a brand new Menorah in time for Chanukah.
And not just a Menorah but a complete holiday package to bring the comfort, warmth and joy to their grieving hearts.

    This is how:

The package Chabad is putting together to be delivered to all the Jewish fire victims will include a Menorah, candles, dreidels, chocolate coins, gifts for the children and more.

For $54 you can bring joy and comfort to these fire victims.

Your gift will give them a sense of care and community as we enter into the holiday season.

Gift today tomake George and Rachel and others smile in gratitude.

    With much appreciation,

    Rabbi Avi and Faigy Zwiebel
