Bailas Lone Soldier Support Fund

Our daughter Baila made Aliyah in September 2024, beginning a courageous new chapter in Israel. We are now proud to share that Baila has officially been drafted into the IDF, where she is serving as a lone soldier—without immediate family nearby—as she takes on the responsibility of helping protect the people and land of Israel. This week, she begins the Michve Alon program, where she will receive essential training, strengthen her Hebrew, and prepare for integration into army life alongside other lone soldiers from around the world. Baila is stepping into this role with extraordinary courage, strength, and determination. Serving as a lone soldier comes with unique challenges—both practical and emotional—including personal expenses, travel needs, Shabbat and holiday support, and day-to-day essentials not fully covered by the army. This fund has been created to help support Baila throughout her service so she can focus fully on her mission with stability and peace of mind.
